The method consists in following: A correcting body (7) made of a hydrofile gel is gradually introduced under a skin surface into an in advance determinated place which follows a shape of a defect to be removed. Device for performance of this method consists of an elastic hollow cannula (3) with an output end (5) on one side and with a nosing (4) on the other side, and of a mandrel (1) made of a formable material which has a nose (6) on the input side and which is equipped with part for gripping (2) and which is collapsible into the cannula hollow (3).
