The method is for discriminating conductivity, paraelectric, ferroelectric, and its magnitude of specimen with simple circuit. The specimen is prepared with flat condenser shape. The condenser is connected to a resistor(2') in series. A sawer-tower circuit is formed by connecting an oscilloscope(4) to points(a,b,d) to measure the electric polarization. In first, varying and constant electric fields are applied to the specimen in turn. The deviation of conductive current is filtered from measured current to get element of the electric polarization.
