PURPOSE: To provide a heat supply facility in which heat pumps are operated at their maximum capacity points, the number of their starts is minimized and energy-saving and automatic operation are enabled by combining the heat supply device having a plurality of heat pumps and a temperature lamination type cold water/hot water heat storage tank, with a control means having a heat demand predicting function. CONSTITUTION: A heat supply device comprises a plurality of heat pumps 11 and 12, which are operated from prescribed time T1 at night to prescribed time T2 in the next morning, a temperature lamination type heat storage tank 13 for storing a required quantity of heat, and a control part 16 having a heat demand predicting function for controlling their operations. The control part 16 operates the heat pumps at their capacity points at the time T1 to start a heat storage at night. Then, the control part stops the activation of the heat pumps 11 and 12 during the heat storage at night so that this heat storage does not exceed the heat storage capacity of the heat storage tank 13, and selects and operates the heat pumps so that the number of stops of the activations is minimized. |
