PURPOSE: To obtain a color tone modification feed capable of making the color tone of the back and that of the abdomen in a cultured eel close to those of a natural eel. CONSTITUTION: This feed for eel culture contains at least one kind selected from astaxanthin, lutein, β-apo-8'-carotenal and β-apo-8'-carotenoic acid ester and the content of each substance is in the range of 10-80ppm. |
