摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and flexible radio frequency(RF) tag circuit by flexibly arranging elements of a package, a substrate and an antenna while mutually connecting them without crossing. SOLUTION: A circuit chip 210 on an insulated flexible substrate 220 is connected to an antenna 230 included in the substrate 220 while having a projection 225 at a contact 222. Thus, since the substrate 220 and the antenna 230 are flexibly arranged on one wiring plane while being mutually connected without crossing, a thin and flexible RF tag circuit 200 can be provided. Therefore, this circuit can be used in applications where thickness is limited, such as credit cards, passport covers, postage stamps, robbery preventive devices or entrance tickets. In these cases, it is preferable that one side or both sides of a package are laminated by flexible coating materials 270, and that the materials 270 have two layers of strong outer layer 260 and adhesive inner layer 250.
