PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED having improved carrier mobility and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An organic LED contains a conductive layer 10, having a flat surface 11 as well as another layer 15 made of semiconductor polymer molecules 20 vertically and evenly oriented on a flat surface by deposition and self- lamination technology, having fixed radicals on respective ends. A coupled layer 25 is arranged on an organic layer, so as to evenly orient a secondorganic layer 30 on the coupled layer 25 in parallel with the first semiconductor polymer molecules 20 by the deposition and self-lamination technology. Finally, additionally coupled layer 25 and the organic layers 15, 30 are alternately arranged on the second organic layer 30 and with one another, so as to form in a specific dimension further to arrange a second conductive layer 40 on the final layer. |
