PURPOSE: To prevent decrease in the halation preventing effect and decrease in adhesion strength between a resin and a supporting body by using a multilayered supporting body having various layers successively deposited and a photosensitive resin layer on the adhesive layer of the multilayered supporting body. CONSTITUTION: The multilayered supporting body consists of a lighttransmitting polyester film A, light transmitting polyester film C, and halation preventing layer B between the films A and C, and an adhesive is applied to the opposite surface of the film C to the halation preventing layer B. The photosensitive structural body consists of this multilayered supporting body and a photosensitive resin layer formed on the adhesive layer. The polyester film A has 25-200μm thickness, while the polyester film C has 75-200μm thickness. The transmittance of the multilayered supporting body for UV rays in 320-390nm wavelength range is controlled to between >=1% and <=15%. Thereby, such problems as permeation of the halation preventing agent to the photosensitive resin layer and decrease in the adhesion strength between the supporting body and the photosensitive resin layer can be solved. |
