MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF HEAT-RESISTANT RUBBER MATERIAL

The heat stable rubber material is prepd. by adding hydroquinoline based cpd. of formula (1) and thioester based cpd. of formula (2) within butadiene/styrene rubber or butadiene/acrylonitrile rubber. In the formulas, R1 is C1-10 alkyl radical; R2 is H or methyl; R3 is C1-18 alkyl radical. The hydroquinoline based cpd. is 6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline and is added 0.5-2.0 wt.pts w.r.t. 100 wt.pts of the synthetic rubber. In the process, the antioxidant is used to stabilize the SBR or NBR.
