MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF HEAT-RESISTANT RUBBER MATERIAL

摘要

The heat stable rubber material is prepd. by adding polyphenol based cpd. of formula (1) and thioester based cpd. of formula (2) within butadiene/styrene rubber or butadiene/acrylonitrile rubber. In the formulas, R1 is C1-10 alkyl radical; n is integer of 1-20. The polyphenol based cpd. is poly-p-cresolic-dicyclic pentadiene and is added 0.5-2.0 wt.pts w.r.t. 100 wt.pts of the synthetic rubber. In the process, the antioxidant is used to stabilize the SBR or NBR.
