<p>PURPOSE: To provide the image input device which enables image input using a pen with the same feeling with actual drawing and prevents an image input part from being destroyed owing to excessive pen stroke pressure at the time of input operation. CONSTITUTION: When a drawing is inputted at an image input part 11 with the input pen, a pressure detection part 7 detects a pen stroke pressure value added to the image input part 11 through a pressure sensor. The line width of image information when the mode of a line width varying process is specified or the line density when a line density varying process is specified is varied by a line width varying process part 33 or line density varying process part 34 by comparing the pen stroke pressure value with plural threshold values; and an image processing part 4 generates an image on the basis of the varied line width or line density and image information stored in an image memory part 5, and the image is stored in the image memory part 5 and also displayed at a display part 6.</p> |
