METHOD FOR FORMING DRINK PORT FOR PAPER CONTAINER FOR LIQUID

PURPOSE: To avoid a pin hole or a thin part which are likely to occur at the time of heat-fusing by covering an end face of an opening of a laminate material of a drink port with a separate waterproof resin film used on an innermost layer and an outermost layer of the laminate material. CONSTITUTION: After an opening 111 is punched at a position for forming a drink port of a laminate material 10 for forming a container with an outermost layer 12 and an innermost layer 13 being waterproof synthetic resin layers, two circular waterproof synthetic resin films 21, 22 whose outer diameter is larger than the opening 111 and inner diameter is smaller than the opening 111 are adhered to the outermost layer 12 and the innermost layer 13 of the material 10 outside an outer periphery of the opening 111. The circular waterproof synthetic resin film 21 adhered to the outermost layer 12 of the container and a contact face inside the opening 111 with the circular waterproof synthetic resin film 22 adhered to the innermost layer 13 of the container are adhered to each other. Then a sealing sheet 140 having an unsealing tab 411 is heat-fused to seal the drink port.
