<p>PURPOSE: To provide a production control method for supporting the optimization in the case of combining different kinds of devices in one conveyance unit. CONSTITUTION: A remainder numerical quantity by each device is calculated according to process condition information 21 and putting-in information, and then the total process names in all kinds of devices are extracted to creat the data showing the existence of relationship of each device to each manufacturing process. Subsequently, the number of process names different in relationship between the devices is calculated using the created data, and combination of different kinds of devices in conveyance unit is determined according to the number of process names different in relationship, the total value of remainder numerical quantity, a difference in working device and work recipe, and lead time extention time due to combination of each device.</p> |
