PURPOSE: To enhance productivity, vibration resistance, and shock resistance by forming a current collector by separating metallic lugs of a positive electrode and a negative electrode, bundling a plurality of lugs, interposing the lugs between conductors, then fastening them. CONSTITUTION: A non-conductive spacer 7 is interposed between lugs of a left side negative electrode and a right side positive electrode, and they are stacked. The spacer 7 is bonded to the lugs to enhance the workability. A plurality of lugs are stacked, interposed between metal pieces 48, 19, caulked with a rivet 4, thin the tips 18', 19' are welded. A metal rod is welded to the metal pieces 18, 19, and a negative electrode and a positive electrode are separately connected in parallel. A current collector is formed by electrically connecting positive electrodes and the negative electrodes separately. Unit cells are fastened with a non-conductive frame in the direction of stacking. The unit cell with strong structure, high vibration resistance, high shock resistance, and high capacity is obtained. |
