<p>PURPOSE: To produce a steel sheet for porcelain enamel, excellent in fishscale resistance and deep drawability such as workability, by using a molten high-C and high-N steel prepared by reclaiming scrap. CONSTITUTION: The steel sheet for porcelain enamel for deep drawing, excellent in fishscale resistance, has a composition containing >0.0050-0.1% C, 0.0060-0.0150% N, 0.1-0.4% Mn, <=0.030% S, <=0.1% Al, and 0.02-0.08% Ti and satisfying Mn/S>=7 and N(%)-Ti/3.42(%)<=0.0040. Further, the size of one-half or more of the total content of TiN is regulated to 0.05 to 10μm. At the time of producing this steel sheet, it is preferable that the steel with the composition is hot-rolled, coiled at >=700 deg.C, and then annealed continuously.</p> |
