<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the delay in the speed change and the deterioration of the riding comfort in the case that the bank switching and the speed change which usually realizes the cooperative control of a throttle valve provided on each cylinder group are simultaneously caused. CONSTITUTION: A speed change judging means 104 to judge that the speed change be achieved by an automatic transmission 101, and a combustion cylinder group switching judging means 105 to judge that the throttle opening be controlled so as to release the combustion stop or to achieve the combustion stop in the prescribed cylinder groups 103 are provided, and the combustion stop or the release of the combustion stop in the prescribed cylinder group 103 is judged by the combustion cylinder group switching judging means 105, and the speed change in the automatic transmission 101 is judged by the speed change judging means 104.
