PURPOSE: To easily store an integrated value. CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a meter change ledger 17 which records meter change information with an instruction from a ledger instruction input part 16 and calculates consumption without correcting a counter value file 12, a consumption computation processing part 13 which computes consumption necessary data from meter change information outputted from the meter change ledger 17 and a consumption integrated value outputted from the counter value file 12, and a display part which displays consumption data outputted from a consumption file 14 and the consumption integrated value outputted from the counter value file 12 with an instruction from the meter change ledger 17.
