PURPOSE: To facilitate the assembly and improve the productivity by making the inside periphery of an outer cylinder hold a plurality of permanent magnets, and inserting laminations having grooves for engaging with the permanent magnets obliquely into the outer cylinder, and modifying the oblique laminate vertically to the rotor shaft. CONSTITUTION: A magnet insertion jig, which sucks and holds bar magnets 21... are lowered while making it front on an outer cylinder 8, and the bar magnets 21... are retained closely to the inner face of the outer cylinder 8. Laminations 31... being inclined by angles (θ) to horizontal are made to front on the top of the outer cylinder 8 with a lamination inserting jig. Putting a drop cover 37 on the lowered laminations 31... and retreating a center pin vertically-reciprocating cylinder 55 so as to lower a magnetic retaining disc 15 will lower the laminations 31... in tilt condition go down with the same disc 15. And, they are pressed with a press-in cylinder 42 form above to below through the drop cover 37. Thereupon, the laminations 31... become horizontal (that is, vertical to the rotor shaft), and the the bar magnets 21... and the laminations 31... are incorporated into the outer cylinder 8.
