BALLOON FOR ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS

PURPOSE: To provide a balloon which is positioned at a surrounding shell part of an inserting member to open a tip surface of the inserting member while no ultrasonic transmission medium is supplied and expanded much forward accurately to operate sticking out from the inserting member when it is supplied. CONSTITUTION: An opening part on the side of the base end of a balloon 20 forms a retaining part 20a with a smaller diameter. A retaining ring 21 is arranged successively thereon and is fixed securely into a circumferential recessed groove 5 formed at a tip hard part. A part ahead of the retaining part 20a makes a bag part 20b expanded in diameter and the tip part of the bag part 20b is provided with a holding ring 22 with the inner diameter thereof very small in a free manner. A ring separation means 30 with a spherical working piece 32 mounted at the tip of a flexible wire 31 is inserted through a treating device insertion channel and the working piece 32 is positioned inside the holding ring 22.
