PURPOSE: To prevent a cutting blade from being damaged by a solid such as a bottle by guiding a supplied bag using a guide plate, then holding the bag between the movable gradient plate and the cutting blade of a holding plate and tearing the bag into pieces using the rotating cutting blade, and at the same time, forcibly spreading the movable gradient plate following the rotation of the cutting blade to discharge the pieces downward. CONSTITUTION: If a bag W is dumped onto a guide plate 40, the bag W is torn off by the rotating cutting blade 7 of a cutter 2. The cutter 2 is equipped with a guide plate 10, and the guide plate 10 is of a U shape in cross section consisting of an arc part positioned concentrically with a support shaft 5 in the middle, and a straight line part. The projecting length of the cutter 2 from the guide plate 10 can be freely adjusted. In the bag, a solid such as a bottle is stored, and if the projecting length of the cutting blade 7 from the guide plate 10 is large, the cutting blade 7 hits a solid to rotate the movable gradient plate 13 of a holding plate 3, resisting a spring 17. Thus the cutting blade 7 is protected against damage because the bag W is discharged to the top of a discharge conveyor 30. |
