PURPOSE: To reduce the number of laminated layers without decreasing the dimensional accuracy by controlling a laminating pitch, focusing of a laser spot and laser power in a stereoscopic shape model formed by a curing UV curable resin by emitting a laser, and laminating the cured layer. CONSTITUTION: X- and Y-axis galvanomirrors 15, 16 are operated according to contour line lithographic data 19 by an optically molding system control circuit 18, a laser beam light 5 is scanned to cure the laser light emitted site of UV curable resin 1. Then, contour line lithographic data 19 of the next layer is read, a work table 3 is sunk further deeply at a pitch of three laminated layers from the liquid surface of the resin 1 according to Z-axis control data 20, and then similarly laser is emitted to form a stereoscopic shape model. In this case, the focusing state of the laser beam spot is defocused or shifted in a just focusing direction according to the laminating pitch, and the increase or decrease of laser power is controlled in response to it, thereby enhancing the molding accuracy. |
