PURPOSE: To provide a mold apparatus capable of simply producing a composite resin molded product having good appearance. CONSTITUTION: A mold apparatus for integrally producing a composite thermoplastic resin molded product is equipped with a cavity mold and a core mold both of which form a molding space consisting of a space for injection compression molding and a space K2 for injection molding communicating with each other through a squeezing space K3 at the time of mold clamping and also equipped with an injection arranging means injecting a thermoplastic resin adapted to the molding of the base material layer of the part having the skin material layer of the molded product in the space for injection compression molding into the cavity mold at the time of mold opening to arrange the same. Further, an injection means injecting a thermoplastic resin for molding the part 2 having no skin material layer of the molded product in the space K2 and a connection part 3 in the space K3 into the space K2 at the time of mold clamping is provided. |
