PURPOSE: To transmit about the position of a transmitter which has transmitted a rescue requesting signal by combining the transmitter which asks for the rescue with a GPS(global positioning system) receiver. CONSTITUTION: From received radio waves which have been received by a receiving antenna 1, a GPS receiver 2 computes the position of the receiver 2. Together with a transmission information for a rescuer request or the like, the computed position of the receiver is transmitted from a transmitting antenna 3 by a transmission-signal control means 4. A power supply 5 supplies electric power to the GPS receiver 2 and the transmission-signal control means 4.
