PURPOSE: To obtain highly accurate driving control and a wide dynamic range by setting an arbitrary real number value as the input, determining the phase difference of driving signals in two phases, determining the amplitudes of the driving signals of two phases by using the same input as the determination, and outputting the frequencies of the driving signals in two phases by using the input having the same amplitudes and the phase difference. CONSTITUTION: An arbitrarily real number value is set as the input. Driving signals in two phases are applied into an electricity/mechanical-energy converting element. The phase difference of the driving signals in two phases is determined with a phase- difference determining means 1. The same input is used, and the amplitudes of the driving signals in two phases are determined with an amplitude determining means 2. The input having the same determined phase difference and the amplitudes are used, and frequencies of the driving signals in two phases are determined with a driving-frequency determining means 3 and outputted. The output generates a periodic signal, which becomes the reference of the driving frequency with a D/A converter 8 and a V/F converter 9. Based on the reference signal, a logic circuit 10 generates the pulse signal from an element, whose phase difference and amplitude a determined, and can execute the driving control of a travelling-wave type motor 6. |
