<p>PURPOSE: To provide a columnar member to be used for a piano which is inexpensive and simple in production, has expellent beauty and does not impair merchandise value in spite of size adjustment and a process for producing this member. CONSTITUTION: A keybed supporting column 1 consists of a substrate material 2, a first resin sheet 3 and a second resin sheet 4. The front surface 11 and right and left side faces 12, 13 of the keybed supporting column 1 consist of the second resin sheet 4 and the rear surface 14 is formed of the first resin sheet 3. The first and second resin sheets 3, 4 are coal-black and lustrous polyvinyl chloride sheets and their appearance is nearly identical with the appearance in the state of finishing by mirror coating.</p> |
