Stabilization of pigmented fiber with a synergistic mixture of hindered amine and UV absorber

Pigmented thermoplastic fiber, especially pigmented polypropylene fiber, are stabilized against the deleterious effects of actinic radiation by a synergistic combination of a hindered amine light stabilizer plus a UV absorber such as an o-hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole or an o-hydroxyphenyl-s-triazine.
