Mayonnaise in which, in addition to traditional ingredients, there are other natural or artificial food components which give the mayonnaise a flavour which is different from the usual one such as, for example: tuna, anchovies, cockles (clams), mussels, prawns, chicken, cheese, sobrasada (Mallorcan sausage), cured ham (serrano ham), etc., thereby enlarging the culinary field of application, satisfying everyone's tastes, providing a combination with many other foods and enormously expanding its nutritional value, the mayonnaise being given an independent food character without the need for it to be accompanied by any other food in order for a wide range of flavours to be enjoyed. |
