In the first stage a water-cement mixt. - a cement paste - is produced with predetermined water-cement count, amounting to at most 0.6. The cement paste is processed during a predetermined time to homogeneity without cement lumps and with good wetting of the cement particles. In a second stage foam is added to the cement paste to a predetermined density and processed during a predetermined time to a homogenous foam concrete with accurate property profile and good homogeneity, contg. only foam bubbles with good stability and strength. The water-cement count is pref. 0.4. In a further stage, light ballast can be added. The first stage is carried out with a mixer (1) resting on load cells (9) with water (12) and cement feed. A mixer (3) for the second stage rests on load cells (34) and has a level measurer (36). A mixer (5) for the third stage has ballast feed (47, 53), is supported by load cells (57) and is equipped with a level measurer (58). |
