Fixed anti=theft device for bicycles

The anti-theft device has a the lock (5.2) in the housing (2-5) securing the flexible component (7) being freed by a key (9). The lock can be engaged by insertion of a coin or counter, and controllable so as to release the key and return the coin. The housing can be joined to a pipe anchored in the ground, and on it there can be two flexible components and two locks.
