The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a therapeutically useful antibody, or a fragment thereof, which is able to react selectively with a specific antigen or antigen family. The process is characterized by a culture of any cell line disclosed in the patent claims and the subsequent harvest of antibodies thus produced. The produced antibodies are useful particularly in in vivo treatment methods of various cancers. The invention relates further to cell lines useful for the process.
