The fixing of a stowage rail (10) into a recess of a composite material panel made up of two opposed rigid faces enclosing a foam material core has a gluing volume (V) provided between the rail and its cavity. This volume is filled with a glue (11) and is blanked off by the edges (X) of the rigid plate (2) into which extends the cavity. Inserted on either side of the cavity are longitudinal reinforcements (6) which are enclosed by an envelope (5) and which also covers the bottom (12) of the cavity.
