The invention concerns a solar panel intended in particular for fixing to roof slates or tiles or wall panels. It comprises a bottom base panel (1) on the top side of which solar cells (3) are mounted; the base panel (1) is totally enclosed in a polymer film (2) and on it lie directly or indirectly the solar cells (3). The solar cells (3) are covered by at least one polymer layer (4) which is connected in the areas outside the solar cells (3) with the polymer film (2).
