<p>A container for IC trays, which facilitates reliable identification of categories of ICs that have been tested, categorized and held on corresponding trays at the unloader portion. The container comprises a body (31) on which is mounted a casing (80) which comprises a nearly rectangular base plate (75) and a plurality of outerwalls (76) that stand upright on the base plate in an independent manner. On at least one outer wall of the casing is mounted a category indicator (72) that indicates the category of ICs. In the base plate of the casing is formed an opening (71) through which a mechanism can move up and down freely. The category indicator makes it possible to easily recognize the category of the tested ICs even after the container for trays is taken out from the IC handler.</p> |
