The seat of the motor cycle is rotatable from a travel position into a stand position. The seat locks in the stand position. The seat (14) of the motor cycle (16) is rotatable around its longitudinal axis through 180 deg. and by means of a ball joint (10). A first part of the ball joint is fixed to the seat and a second part to the frame of the motor cycle. Both parts of the ball joint have each at least one contact surface, which in the travel position can be brought into electrical contact with each other, in order to close the ignition circuit of the vehicle.
