<p>A refrigerating apparatus (1) such as a cold storage room, a refrigerated cabinet or the like, including a chamber (7), a circuit comprising an exchanger (19) internally supplied with a refrigerant or a cold transfer fluid, and a ventilation unit (18) for circulating a gas such as air through the chamber (7) so that said gas contacts and is cooled by the exchanger (19).
