<p>A process introduces a gas esp. air at a rapid rate into a liq., esp. water, by the movement of a mixer assembly close to the liquid surface. The shape of the mixer assembly is optimised for this purpose and has a tumbling motion, and is located at the interface between the gas and liquid. Also claimed are mixer assemblies for carrying out the process.</p> |
