Tempering cylinders and moulds to improve prod. quality from moulding machines

Units of injection moulding machines, esp. for working cross linking polymers, have tempering circuits, in which cylinder and/or tool temperature is measured, varying the flow of medium in accordance with desired temperature. Monitoring of the appropriate circuit is continuous. When the desired equilibrium level is reached, in the following cycle, a magnitude related to the unit's heat content, WRG, is measured, as a time dependent area from Z1 to the expiry of td, the initiation mode tempering duration, giving a reference cycle. Instantaneous states are compared in following cycles, deviations are used to moderate td, lasting to Z2 at the latest. Z1 and Z2 are taken from the machine cycle control.
