Fastening clamp for cladding wooden panels to ceilings and walls

The clamp (5) comprises two opposite sections, engaging their opposite grooves (6) in the panel (7) to be secured. The clamp has an annular flange (10) with an associated coaxial, circular head (9) in a parallel plane. A part of the flange can enter the grooves of opposite panels up to a secant, extending through the flange end. The flange and head may be interconnected by a coaxial cylindrical section (12) of a smaller dia. Typically the wall thickness of the flange corresponds to the width (B) of the respective groove.
