The hollow, cylindrical handle (11) is made of wound, glued paper layers etc. The outer dia. is considerably smaller than the inner dia. of the sticky roller (13) by a factor of 0.5 to 0.7. A hollow, cylindrical, intermediate member (12) is made of biologically degradable and/or recyclable material. The intermediate member inner dia. is approx. equal to the handle outer dia. and its outer dia. equals the sticky roller inner dia.. Pref. its outer die. is smaller by a tenth of millimetre than the sticky roller inner dia..
