<p>The machine has a frame wherein can be displaced trays (6) which transport the fish (4) to be salted with a quantity of product having a high content of salt, the system for distributing said product consisting of a storage tank (13) from which the product falls in a distribution hopper (10) through the passage (11), a rotary roller (15) with grooves (14) being arranged inside the hopper for transporting the salting product falling through the lower passage (12) on the fish placed on the trays, the grooves (14) having a profile similar to that of the fish which situated underneath on the tray and positioned in relationship with the position of the grooves, the rotation speed of the motor which actuates the roller being determined as a function of the weight of the assembly tray/fish.</p> |
