Retractable tonneau cover for vehicle

The tonneau can be retracted into a cover box which has a pivoting cover. The cover is formed by an additional flap (13), which is movable on a boot lid (16) edge area directed to the interior area (6) of the vehicle. The boot lid is pivotably supported on the vehicle bodywork. The cover is movably supported on the boot lid in the direction of the vehicle longitudinal axis. The boot lid has a pivot axis arranged in the lower vehicle end area. The cover is formed by a pivot plate (25) supported on the lower side of the boot lid.
