The valve has a pair of fluid chambers (16, 27), each defined by spring-biased moving parts (25, 28), with a throttled connection between them. Each moving part cooperates with a respective valve section (29, 32) controlling a fluid connection between the valve inlet (13) and each chamber. One of the moving parts (25) is controlled by an electromagnet (15) for interrupting the connection between the second chamber and the inlet, with subsequent movement of the second moving part for interrupting the connection between the inlet and the first chamber, the latter moving part held in the displaced position via a pressure differential between the inlet and the outlet (14).
