<p>PURPOSE:To perform running control accurately and precisely by mounting an annular elastic body, which can contact with a guide rail through elastic enlarging reset even when the circumferential face of wheel lifts out of the guide rail, and interlocking pulse transmitting means for two wheels mounting the annular elastic bodies. CONSTITUTION:Annular elastic bodies 16 are mounted on the circumferential faces of two wheels 3b, 3d out of four wheels 3a-3d so that the circumferential face 14 of wheel normally contacts through compressive deformation with guide rails 2a, 2b while contacts through elastic enlarging reset with the guide rails 2a, 2b when the circumferential face 14 of wheel lifts out of the guide rails 2a, 2b. Pulse transmitting means 13a, 13b are coupled, while being interlocked, with the two wheels 3b, 3d mounting the annular elastic bodies 16, and the rotary speed of two wheels 3b, 3d is compared based on pulses 20a, 20b fed from the pulse transmitting means 13a, 13b. The pulse 20a or 20b is provided, as current speed information, to a speed controller 22 through a switching means 23 based on the comparison result.</p> |
