<p>A clamp (1) serves for the connection of shuttering boards (2), arranged one beside the other in a plane, on the peripheral bordering webs (3) thereof and has, for this purpose, two bracing jaws (4) which press said bordering webs (3) together and, with the aid of a wedge (7), can be pivoted relative to one another and to a load-bearing member (8) which, at the same time, forms the abutment for the wedge (7). For this purpose, the bracing jaws have, at a distance from their pivot bearings (5), beneath a lever arm, engagement points (6) for the wedge surface (7c) which is remote from the supporting surface (7b). Said engagement points (6) are expediently arranged at the inner end of a guidance slot (10) which is open towards the opposite side and within which the wedge, on its displacement, is also guided laterally. The wedge extends and moves transversely to the extent of the pivot axes of the pivot mountings (5), by means of which the bracing jaws (4) are pivotably fastened on the common load-bearing member (8). <IMAGE></p> |
