In a process for transporting and stacking vacuum formed products (1), the products (1) are conveyed from the moulding station (7) to a demoulding station (11) in an inclined position. Products (1) are then moved into a horizontal position again ready for stacking, the transfer from inclined to horizontal mode being independent of the swivelling movement of the transporting system (5). Also claimed is a process plant for transporting and stacking.
