<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process for production of the refractory architectural material capable of recycling gypsum board waste and inexpensively producing the refractory architectural material having excellent performance in a large amt. CONSTITUTION:This process for production of the refractory architectural material comprises pulverizing the gypsum board waste by a dry process or/and adding a proper amt. of moisture and surfactant to accelerate dissociation to the gypsum board waste and pulverizing the waste by a wet process, mixing 30 to 70 pts.wt. water granulated slag, 30 to 70 pts.wt. hydraulic material consisting of calcareous material, etc., and 2 to 15 pts.wt. fibrous material with 3 to 70 pts.wt. gypsum raw material which is the pulverized material formed in the manner described above, to prepare a slurry, and producing the refractory architectural material from the slurry by a wet type sheeting method or extrusion molding method.</p> |
