PURPOSE:To facilitate production, by positioning the end in the peripheral direction of one side at least of a plurality of circular permanent magnet pieces fixed on the outer diameter surface of a rotor yoke having a plurality of slightly concave and convex surfaces, almost at the center of the convex section of the outer diameter surface. CONSTITUTION:On the outer diameter surface of a rotor yoke 1, a plurality of slightly concave surfaces 1b and slightly convex surfaces 1a are formed every 60 deg. at the center angle by way of example. A plurality of circular permanent magnet pieces 2 are bonded, and magnet-directional peripheral end sections 2a on one side at least are positioned almost at the center of the convex surface 1a. By this method, bonding agent is deeply penetrated from the concave surfaces 1b in the axial direction and is spread in the peripheral direction, and the magnet pieces 2 are prevented from being inclined, and the product of high precision is efficiently produced. |
