PURPOSE: To reduce an installation area by providing plural incubators respectively having rotor devices, and disposing the rotor devices of both incubators up and down. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower incubators 52, 54 are stacked vertically, respective ones are equipped with upper and lower rotor devices. The upper and lower rotor devices are respectively independently driven as centering offset vertical rotation axes 62, 82. The respective upper and lower rotor devices are equipped with rotors 66, 86 of circular cross sections, which are fitted to lower and upper support plate 64, 84 so as to be free in rotating. The rotor 86 is formed so as to be smaller than the rotor 66, and when the same is seen from above, the outer peripheral edge of the incubator 54 are contained inside the outer peripheral edge of the incubator 52. Thereby, a required area for installing the devices can be reduced. |
