CONSTITUTION: The light from a light source 1 is projected on an object 3 to be measured by a projection lens 2 and transmitted light or reflected light is incident on a detection element 6 through the filters 51, 52... having a comparison wavelength and a measuring wavelength not affected by moisture provided to a rotary sector 5 by a condensing lens 4. The output signals thereof are amplified by an amplifier 7 and the ratio operation of the signals corresponding to respective wavelengths is performed by a signal separating and rectifying device 8 to operate moisture. |
