The finishing tape is prepared by inserting flame-retarding thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride resin (3) into two nonwoven fabrics (2) ; and coating the surfaces of both nonwoven fabrics (2) with a coating liquid (4). The coating liquid is obtained by (A) mixing 1-5% dimethyl phthalate as waterproofing agent, 10-20% chlorinated paraffin emulsion as flame-resisting agent, 10-20% acrylic resin, and 1-5% carboxymethyl cellulose as aqueous viscosity improver in a mixer at 500-1000rpm for 10-20 mins ; adding and mixing 1-5% antimony trioxide, 1-5% titanium and 20-30% bentonite as an inorganic filler at 200-500rpm for 10-20 mins.
