PURPOSE: To mold a plurality of plate members vertically with respect to a mold opening direction of a forming mold, mold a number of plate molding per mold area, and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: When a plate member 6 is to be molded in a mold with a foaming thermoplastic resin, a plurality of the plate members 6 are molded in series through a thin connecting section 7 which intersects the plate faces of the members rectangularly. Thereafter, the plate members 6 are cut by the connecting section 7 so as to separate them from each other.
